I really like it, but there are some things you could improve on. The lead "Dubstep" synth I found very repetitive and it made the entire song sound like it was repeating it self sometimes. I love how you managed to keep the feeling of the original ToE series which I found you didn't do very well on with ToE III. This one was a huge improvement, and I like where you are going with your style, which leads me to my next point.
When the song kind of drops out and fade back in, it sounds like the song is ending and replaying. This goes back to how repetitive the main synth is, but that's aside the point. I would have liked a smoother transition between those parts, rather than the audio just completely cutting out and fading back in.
Other than that, I really like it, and I have downloaded it for personal listening. Good luck with future releases!

I love the ambient spin on it, but it overall feels, "Fake" if you know what I mean. a bar at a time bass line would have been nicer, because it sounds like it's supposed to have drums but they were removed when you have the bass line done out of quarter notes. However, I love the variety of interests and how you used them together, very clever.

This is really old, but I LOVE it! Done quite well. Although it does seem lacking something, I just can't pinpoint what. I'll take a listen to some of your newer tracks, I really like how this sounds!
